We totally dig smoothie bowls, but we recently discovered that smoothie bowls shouldn’t be enjoyed in just any bowl. They should be enjoyed in a PAPAYA. While you can enjoy any of your favorite smoothie combination, here’s our recipe for the perfect Papaya Smoothie Bowl to get you started…

 

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 cup chopped kale

1 scoop protein powder

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1 whole papaya

 

Directions:

  1. Blend berries, coconut water, chopped kale and protein powder
  2. Slice papaya and remove seeds
  3. Pour smoothie into papaya and top with coconut
