This Pear Skillet is inspired by my love for warm summer fruit crisps. I love throwing together super simple desserts that are loaded with seasonal fruits and topped with a whole grain crumble. This Pear Skillet is extra fun because it’s topped with a super simple and super decadent frosting made with just TWO ingredients AND this crumble is loaded with nutrient-rich, in-tact grains like toasted quinoa and barley from The Soulfull Project.
WHAT’S THE SOULFULL PROJECT?
Well… I am glad you asked because they’re rad. You see, for every serving of their product purchased, a serving of The Soulfull Project’s 4 Grain Blend is donated to a food bank in that area. How cool is that? Each grain blend is loaded with nutrient-dense ingredients and absolutely no artificial colors or flavors. So grab yourself a bag at your local Hy-Vee or Sprouts or shop online here and get to baking!
