Here’s what you need…

1 lb brussels sprouts
3 tbsp pesto
Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Prepare brussels sprouts by removing the tough end and slicing in half.
  2.  Add to a large saucepan over medium heat, and fill with about an inch of water. Allow to boil, uncovered for about 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until Brussels are fork tender, and most of the water has evaporated.
  3.  Stir in pesto and a pinch of salt and serve warm.
