Sunshiney days call for sunshiney breakfasts. Much like this Pineapple Yogurt Bowl. We love yogurt bowls for two reasons:

  1. They give us a boost of protein to keep up satisfied until lunch
  2. We can mix up our favorite toppings to keep things interesting

We have been eating a lot of pineapple lately, and we found ourselves left with a hollowed out pineapple. We totally hate food waste, so we found this pineapple bowl as the perfect vessel for today’s breakfast (doubling as a source of added flavor and tropical goodness, of course!)

 

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 pineapple, hollowed out

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup blueberries

1 kiwi, sliced

1/4 cup shredded coconut

 

Directions:

  1. Fill you hollowed out pineapple with remaining ingredients
