Taco Seasoning
This is a perfect alternative to pre-packaged taco seasoning. Store-bought seasonings often contain sugar, MSG, loads of sodium and preservatives – no, thank you! This recipe allows you to enjoy Taco Tuesday guilt-free.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1/2 Tbs chili powder
1/2 Tbs cumin
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/4 Tbs garlic powder
1/2 tsp corriander
This batch is good for 1 pound of lean ground meat of your choice, tofu, chicken or fajita veggies.
