Here’s what you’ll need:

6 pears
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbs almond meal
2 Tbs maple syrup
1/2 Tbs coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cardamon
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350
  2. Cut pears in half and scoop out seeds and center
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into the pears
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 min
  5. Enjoy warm and fresh from the oven
