Here’s what you’ll need:

15 oz can black beans
1 egg
1/4 cup almond milk
2 Tbs cocoa powder
1 Tbs maple syrup
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 Tbs stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Rinse and drain beans
  3. Mash or blend beans until smooth
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
  5. Pour batter into a greased 8x8inch pan
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes – the brownies are done when you stick a toothpick in the center, and it comes out clean
