Everything is better with nut butter, and during the fall, just about everything is better with pumpkin. That’s why we have created this Pumpkin Spice Cashew Butter. It’s rich and creamy and perfect to add to your Pumpkin Pie Proats or as a frosting for your Pumpkin Protein Muffins or just by the spoonful… we won’t judge – in fact, we will join you! Give it a try.

 

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 cup cashews
1 Tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbs pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbs almond milk

 

Directions:

  1. Soak your cashews in enough water to cover your cashews for 2-3 hours
  2. Drain
  3. Blend cashews in a food possessor for about 5 minutes, or until smooth
  4. Add remaining ingredients and blend until evenly distributed
