Here’s what you’ll need:
Fruit base:
4 cup sliced strawberries
4 cups chopped rhubarb
3 Tbs raw honey
Crisp:
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 Tbs raw honey
2 Tbs almond flour
2 Tbs coconut oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine fruit base and pour into a 9×13 glass baking dish
- In a separate bowl, combine crisp ingredients
- Sprinkle evenly over the top of the fruit filling
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until filling is soft, and crisp is golden
