Fruit salsas are our jam! They are so fresh and delish. Plus, they’re a great way to throw together seasonal produce in a new way. This Sweet & Spicy Pineapple Salsa is one of our favorite ways to enjoy summer flavors. We always dig into it with tortilla chips, top off our grilled fish or poultry with it, or toss it in our morning omelette. You can’t go wrong!

 

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 pineapple, cubed
1 jalapeño, finely diced
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium red onion, finely diced
1 handful of cilantro, chopped
3 medium tomatoes, cubed
juice of 1 lime
