Here’s what you’ll need:

Fruit base:

4 cup sliced strawberries
4 cups chopped rhubarb
3 Tbs raw honey

Crisp:

1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 Tbs raw honey
2 Tbs almond flour
2 Tbs coconut oil

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Combine fruit base and pour into a 9×13 glass baking dish
  3. In a separate bowl, combine crisp ingredients
  4. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the fruit filling
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until filling is soft, and crisp is golden
